Högbloms Legomontage AB was founded in Vallentuna in 1993 by Sune Högblom with the business idea of manufacturing products on contract for customers in various business areas. Today, they have developed their operations to work in three business areas: Industry, Mechanics, and Electronics. These three areas take full responsibility in accordance with contracts that encompass the customer's requirements and wishes. A basic contract usually includes handling logistics, purchasing, production, verification, packaging, and distribution.

In this process, Högbloms Legomontage AB collaborates with Personal Roslagen AB.

PROCESS ASSEMBLER WITH LEADERSHIP SKILLS

We are now looking for an engaged process assembler with natural leadership skills who wants to help develop both production and the team. As a process assembler, you will work practically in production while taking on greater responsibility within the group. You contribute to structure, support colleagues in their daily work, and drive improvements in processes and workflows. You are responsible for assembly according to drawings and instructions, as well as ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently and with high quality. You also act as a natural coordinating person in the team and are involved in developing working methods and routines.

The position is full-time and starts by agreement. After a certain period of hiring, the employment is intended to be taken over by the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Assembly of components and products according to drawings and instructions
• Ensure quality and accuracy at every step of the process
• Troubleshoot and address simpler issues in the assembly flow
• Support and guide colleagues in their daily work
• Participate in improvement work within production and working methods

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in assembly, technology, or work within industrial production
• Good technical understanding and accustomed to reading drawings
• Electrical competence, able to read electrical diagrams and connect/install parts within electrical assembly
• Ability to take responsibility and work systematically
• Good collaboration skills and communicative working style
• Lead or coordinate a team
• Swedish in speech and writing
